You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched, and please be aware that many of our products will not fit through a letterbox. If you're not in to accept the parcel, it may go to your local sorting office.
We strive to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail. Unfortunately tracking is only available on orders with 'Signed for' delivery services.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your order before it has been dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible. For products that require a custom printed or laser engraved element, work is started on the order within 6 working hours of the order being placed, so a full refund will not be possible. We may be able to partially refund the order, minus the cost of work already completed but this is on a case-by-case basis.

If you change your mind about a personalised item after the product arrives, we're afraid that refunds cannot be issued unless they are faulty. Non-personalised items must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging. Please get in touch if you want to return an item.

FAULTY ITEMS

All Girl and Bird products are made by hand - and although we check rigorously for any faults, please get in touch if you have any issues. 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

A personalised item is any product that has a bespoke element that you have requested. This includes: All personalised location items including keepsakes; all engraved items; all embroidered items.

NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS

Non-personalised items include greetings cards and pins, and World, Europe or America cushions that have not been embroidered.

All orders are made by hand, to order, in our Bristol studio. Processing times vary depending on product and time of year, so please get in contact if you have a short deadline. Whilst we can't guarantee that we can accommodate faster turn arounds, we will always try!
PERSONALISED PRINTED PRODUCTS
For our fully personalised products, the fabric is printed to order by a wonderful UK-based company. This does add an element that we don't have total control over, so in rare cases, delays can happen.
Standard dispatch time is 5 working days from order.
BESPOKE TEXT KEEPSAKES
Bespoke text keepsakes are laser-etched off-site, by a Bristol-based company.   This does add an element that we don't have total control over, so in rare cases, delays can happen.

PERSONALISED EMBROIDERED CUSHIONS
We offer several 'stock' designs, including maps of Europe, the World and the USA. These can be purchased alone, with embroidery kits, or with embroidered hearts added by us.

STANDARD KEEPSAKES
Our standard keepsakes offer a huge range of messages for all sorts of situations. These are held in stock, with the personalised map element added.
