How do I place a personalised order?
It's easy! If you know which item you'd like, head over to the product page and you'll be prompted to provide the information required. There are examples of the map styles available and other personalisation options on each product.
Can I see what the map will look like first?
For personalised printed cushions, wash bags and accessories, we send a proof image before producing the item. However, if you'd like to see before you order, do get in touch. At busy times this may not be possible. We cannot offer proof images for keepsakes.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made and designed in Bristol - we have a wonderful studio in an old schoolhouse with huge windows, which we love! The fabric is printed in the UK, cushions are made by a UK supplier and packaging is made in the UK.
Where do your maps come from?
The maps are all from before 1960, and come from a big collection that belonged to Annah's Grandad Stan. They're then printed onto fabric or paper by my wonderful printing wizards, and finished by Annah.
Can you feature International locations?
Yes! There are three map styles for International locations. If you head to a product page, you can see examples there.
How long will the order take to make?
This depends on the product, and time of year. Timescales are listed on individual listings, but as a general rule:
Prints, standard cushions and standard keepsakes: 3 working days from order to dispatch.
Fully personalised cushions, wash bags and keepsakes: 5 working days from order to dispatch.

Do you sell in shops?
We have a few wonderful stockists across the country - from Cornwall to the Outer Hebrides! 
Do you sell at markets?
We tend to do one or two seasonal markets a year. Follow us on social media to keep up to date.

Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally offer discounts - follow our Instagram and Facebook pages to keep up to date.
I need to wash my purchase!
You can either hand wash, or wash on a delicates cycle. Just take care and don't rub and the fabric too hard.
